However, you are purchasing a product without a dealer network in the USA. We believe these are quality products and manufactures. We personally chose them after visiting their factories and comparing other products. The low price reflects the fact that they are not branded or associated with any existing dealer network. If you want or need the services of a dealer network or a high end branded product then we recommend buying one of them.. But, If you want similar quality at about half the price then these will fit the bill. (Note that most high end brands do not warrant the electrical components for very long anyway) For bikes: (manufacturer's warranty) The bike manufacture warrants against defects in four parts: Motor /Battery/Controller/Frame for one year. (the battery is Li-ion battery) Other parts like tires, handles, brakes, pedals, lights .....are not warrantied.. If warrantied part fails due to defect within their warranty time, customer must send to China for a new part to replace the bad one.
For the moped: (manufacturer's warranty) The moped manufacture warrants against defects in: Motor/Controller/Frame for one year,and Battery for half a year.(the battery is lead acid battery) Other parts like tires, handles, brakes, pedals, lights are not warrantied.
